M went to invite a family for her son’s wedding. That family was not at home; so, she enquired about their whereabouts with a neighbour. They will soon return; please wait over here – said the neighbour. While seated at the neighbour’s house, M saw a framed photograph and enquired whether he was their grandfather. That’s our Master, under whose guidance we practice meditation. This technique of meditation and the related set of practices is known as the Sahaj Marg method or the natural method. The neighbour enquired where M lived and shared the contact details of the nearest volunteer trainer.
After the son’s wedding, when life was back to routine, M
remembered the contact details of the trainer and sought an appointment for a meditation
session. After the first three ‘sittings’ – that’s how the sessions are
referred in Sahaj Marg, M was told that she has a clean and positive aura, and
that she should strive to maintain it. This was in 2009.
In the winter of 2020, M passed away. The Big C came over
quietly or was left unnoticed and took M away. She looks so beautiful and
radiant– said the person who helped with the funeral.
It’s 5 years since. I miss M’s pure heartful love and
affection I didn’t truly realize the lifelong love she poured onto me in so many
ways. Time to unblock, clean, and open my heart. Here, I start on the road to Heartfulness.
Again. Beautiful and radiant. Just like my M.
