They know someone who works in the airlines. That’s why they got complimentary air tickets.
They know someone who works in the gas utility company. That's why they got their cooking gas connection easily.
They know someone who works in that five-star hotel. That's why they got the exclusive suites at these low rates.
They know someone in the transport office. That's why they managed to get their license.
So, why are you filling forms, standing in queues, getting documents in order, studying rules and clauses, etc.? Shouldn’t you use that time to ‘know’ someone? Should you? Hmm...no.
